Why people fear of girl child? Female Infanticide in India!

That is why mostly societies give more importance to boys. It is usually said – What we see is what we do.

Women the shower of LOVE and CARE is the creator and the soul of our world. She plays many roles in our lives as “a mother”, “a sister”, “a wife”, “and a daughter” then again “a mother”. She is the one who loves us unconditionally, the one who care for us till her last breath, the one who is happy in our happiness and the one who sacrifices her life without expecting anything in return.

She wants nothing just “Love” and “Respect”. But she is getting pain for all her love, care and affection. The women – the mother who is called as ‘Shadow of Heaven’ is loosing her respect day by day. Our world is continuously growing in technology but the mindsets; the thinking of new generation is same as that of our previous generations. We do not want a girl child in the family because we think that a girl will bring disgrace to our family, we think a girl as a burden. This is because of the old traditions like the dowry system, and also we feel our world a unsafe place for girls.

I do agree that place is not safe for girls but we only are responsible for this. Starting from birth, we treat a girl weaker than boys. We makes her feel lower by treating them not same as boys and we never get agree to give her a chance even to prove herself. Even some of us kill our own child before the birth just because it was a girl child. Parents think boys as their only hope in their old age and their heir.

Girl disrespect

I.e. Children do what they see. That’s the reason boys do not respect girls. Every day many girls are getting rapped, sexually harassed. They are treated just as a body without emotions. Today, she is not safe in the day time also.  If we have treated them equal in our society, if everyone has given their sons a right education (the education of respecting women) then this would have never been happened. Girls have equal rights as boys do but the Rights of girls are ignored almost by everyone.

Even in some societies, people do not let them have proper education which is completely injustice with them. It is a saying that “One educated women can educate her whole family”.

Sarojini Naidu (freedom fighter), Kiran Bedi (1st IPS lady officer), Pratibha Patil (the first woman President of India), Meira Kumar (the first woman Speaker of Lok Sabha) are the examples of famous women of India.

So girls must be given self defense education Also so that they can fight against evil. As our five fingers are not equal, not all people think like this but mostly people do. We must teach those people the importance of women empowerment and need of a baby girl in our society who considers a girl as a burden and treat them badly. We all must respect women and they must be treated equally important in society. Teach your sons to respect girls as without girls the world will come to its end.

Here i want to tell you something that our world will come to end soon. Yes! IT IS ABOUT TO END. Now you may be quite interested to know the reason behind it and the reason is

”Girls are the core heartbeat of this world and our world will stop beating soon.”

We are the destroyer of our own world! People say that world will come to end soon because of natural calamities but I say it will come to end because we chooses to bring the end!  Everyday the world ends not only for those who is murdered or died somehow but for those also who go through sexual harassment, discrimination, household violence, who is being beaten day and night, who have no freedom and for those who have never committed a crime but Love and this brings eventually end of their life before there death.

Toady is the end of their dreams, their happiness, and their very own self but tomorrow but tomorrow will be yours turn. Because it will not stop until you stop yourself to make life of any women a hell. Please let them live. Let them follow their dreams and reach their destiny. Let them be free; freedom is their right and you cannot snatch it from them.

Just for one second feel yourself that women who cried last time because you were the reason for her pain. Every single tear conveys that hurtful emotion which you can never explain, feel it & realize what have you done. We are the one who are responsible for her pain. Let’s try this time to reduce her pain and not to increase it anymore. She will give you some blessings and God will forgive you for your all past sin.

Let’s start by celebrating the birth of your girl child. This time welcome your baby girl in your life.
